As Able Aerospace’s senior manager of customer experience, Carolyn Pattison plays a key role in shaping the customer journey and driving initiatives across the pricing, account management, and marketing teams. Her leadership supports long-term growth and ensures that every customer interaction reflects Able’s commitment to quality, innovation, and superior customer support.
Since joining Able Aerospace in 2022, Carolyn has established herself as a dynamic and collaborative leader. She brings extensive experience in event management, having led the planning and execution of high-impact customer events, shows, and engagement initiatives. Through her work in event management and marketing, she developed an expertise in customer engagement, logistics, and brand representation.
Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a minor in Marketing from the University of Arizona. She is actively involved in the local community through the Board of Visitors, Valley Field Riding and Polo Club, and the USNA Arizona Parents Club.
