What sets us apart from all other MRO providers is our ability to complete more than 98% of repairs and overhauls on-site. Our 250,000-square-foot facility includes a state-of-the-art machine shop, plating, special processing and NDT. Our special processing includes blast, shot peen, cold spray and paint.
We complete 13,000+ jobs every year and our processes provide a solution for nearly every repair and overhaul.
Machining & Grinding
Utilizing the latest CNC technology, Able has several five-axis CNC mills, grinders and lathes, as well as horizontal and vertical honing and a five-axis CNC gantry.
Chemical Processing and Paint
Able is NADCAP-approved for chrome, which reduces in-house processing time for nickel, CAD plating and several other processes. Our full suite of paint and coating services – along with our skilled team and innovative technology – make us equipped to handle painting services with ease.
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
We know the integrity of your aircraft’s parts is most important, which is why we’ve established comprehensive, in-house and NADCAP-approved Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services.
Hydraulics
Able’s in-house hydraulics team provides services for both rotor wing and fixed wing aircraft for Red Oil and Skydrol components.
Cold Spray
Able’s innovative, additive manufacturing capability for repairing aluminum and magnesium components.
Shot Peen
NADCAP-approved, Able has state-of-the-art CNC shot peen and manual capabilities.
