Daniel Ramirez

As Able Aerospace’s Quality Assurance Manager, Daniel Ramirez leads the quality engineering, training, metrology, manufacturing, and return to service teams. He ensures Able’s continued adherence to industry regulatory specifications and standards. Daniel is a driving force behind Able’s quality and product safety culture, supporting Able’s continuous improvement.

Daniel brings 24 years of aviation experience—all with Able Aerospace. Since joining in 2001, he has held roles across multiple departments, including rotor wing, special processes, lean manufacturing, and quality assurance. His tenure includes positions as rotor wing technician and team lead, operations manager, lean manufacturing specialist, quality engineer, and now quality assurance manager.

Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Mesa Community College and Western Governors University. He holds multiple certifications, including AS9100/AS9110 internal auditor, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action, project management, and Dale Carnegie leadership development.
