Josh Gaddy

Josh Gaddy, Integrated Supply Chain Manager, leads Able Aerospace’s supply chain and trade compliance teams. He is responsible for developing, overseeing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations and trade compliance activities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain compliance.

Since joining the team in 2009, Josh has established himself as an innovative leader. During his tenure, he has held roles in supply chain and information technology. Josh brings 16 years of aviation experience – with all 16 years at Able Aerospace.

Josh earned a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University. In 2024, he was awarded the Ethics and Compliance Award for Excellence by Textron for his efforts to reduce compliance risks and strengthen Able’s ethical culture. He collaborated with the trade compliance team and Textron Aviation’s legal and ethics teams to develop best practices and sustainable due diligence tools now shared across Textron.v
