Rodrigo Nardelli brings a global perspective and nearly three decades of aviation experience to his role as Vice President of Global Sales at Able Aerospace. Since joining the team in 2023, Rodrigo has led strategic sales initiatives that led to an increased diversification of our business portfolio through new programs and new customers and built strong customer relationships across international markets.
With 27 years in the aviation industry, Rodrigo’s tenure spans leadership roles in sales, marketing, and product management. Before joining Able, he held sales leadership positions at TurbineAero and Chromalloy. Prior to that, Rodrigo held multiple positions at Honeywell, most recently in the Defense & Space business, where he supported U.S. Air Force programs and led regional sales efforts across Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. His expertise in international business and process improvement has helped elevate Able’s global presence.
Rodrigo holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University and a Master’s in International Marketing from Fundacao Getulio Vargas. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and an FAA licensed private pilot.
