Sarah Johnson

Sarah Johnson, Director of Operations, leads the rotor wing, fixed wing, machine shop, and processing teams. Her leadership is instrumental in driving operational excellence and collaboration across departments.

Sarah brings 17 years of aviation experience, with two years at Able Aerospace. Since joining the company, she has played a pivotal role in streamlining operations and enhancing team performance.

Sarah holds a PhD in Business Administration from Northcentral University, an MBA from Friends University, and a Bachelor of General Studies in Chemistry from Wichita State University. She also serves on the Chandler Gilbert Community College Aviation Advisory Board, contributing her expertise to support the next generation of aviation professionals.
