Steven Brodeur

With a focus on financial strategy and operational support, Steven Brodeur serves as Able Aerospace’s Finance Manager for Global Parts and Programs. He leads financial operations for Able and supports McCauley Propeller Systems, managing a geographically dispersed team of Finance Business Partners. His team is responsible for financial planning and analysis across profit and loss, capital, and inventory, while also delivering strategic financial insights.

Steven brings a decade of aviation experience, including four years at Able Aerospace. His career includes finance roles at Textron Aviation, Textron Aviation Defense, and Textron Corporate, where he completed the Leadership Development Program with international and domestic rotations.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University, with a double major in Finance and Industrial Economics and Market Regulation. Steven has earned multiple company honors, including the Excellence in Aviation and Leading Edge Awards.
